TDC Brands takes the lead when it comes to developing the services that make life a little easier; we push the boundaries, and when needed, challenge the status quo. Together, we make sense with technology and create digital services that truly adds value to our customers’ everyday lives.
We have taken major steps in our transformation journey. We have built a stronger TDC Brands, we are winning many customers on future-proof technologies mobile and fiber, our customer satisfaction has increased significantly, and we have that the foundation for future growth and innovation with our new IT platform Dawn. Now we must raise the bar as the market leader we are and play an even greater role for our customers.

Together, we’re on a mission to be among the best in Europe, to compete hard and fast in our markets and to raise the bar in every service we deliver.

Management
At TDC Brands, management is about being present for everyone and providing the framework for employees and projects to advance. With us, you don’t have to yell to be heard.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of TDC Brands consists of 5 members, of which 3 are elected at the general meeting and 2 are elected by the employees. The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall management of TDC Brands.

Corporate Governance
As an advocate for transparency, TDC Brands has chosen to publish a Corporate Governance Statement based on the recommendations in line with the “comply-or-explain” principal cf. section 107b of the Danish Financial Statements Act. The statement is based on the Good corporate governance recommendations from December 2020.

Flagship products
As a result of the Danish Business Authority's market decision in the wholesale markets for broadband, TDC Brands has given a commitment not to implement a price squeeze on TDC-owned infrastructure in the areas where TDC A/S has been designated as having SMP (significant market power). Thus, price squeeze monitoring of selected flagship products is carried out on an ongoing basis. The selection of the flagship products is based on an inventory of the fastest growing products measured on new sales. The flagship products are published one month before they enter into force.
