About the recruitment process

When applying for a position, we kindly ask you to upload your motivational CV via our online recruitment system - we do not accept applications via email due to GDPR.

A motivational CV combines your application and CV in one document, where you can highlight your motivation and professional match in a short paragraph (5-10 lines) at the top of the document. You can write it in Danish or English - preferably in the same language as the job advert.

You can also upload relevant attachments such as diplomas or written recommendations.

To ensure a fair and inclusive process, we ask you not to include a photo of yourself.

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation. We will get back to you as soon as possible after the application deadline - regardless of the outcome.

All applications we receive are screened and evaluated.

When we evaluate your application, we make a holistic assessment of your potential match with the position based on the following criteria:

• Professional competences and how they match the tasks of the position
• Work experience
• Educational background

Based on the screening, we select the candidates who will be invited to an interview.

In some cases, the hiring manager will first invite you for a short, initial conversation via Teams or over the phone to clarify specific questions about the position before moving forward with the process.

If we do not invite you to an interview, we will send you a rejection email as soon as possible.

The number of interviews may vary depending on the type of job you are applying for.

The first interview is all about getting to know each other - you share your motivation and qualifications while we share more details about the job and TDC Brands.

Selected candidates move on to the second interview, where we often use tests such as case studies, personality profiles, or logic tests to get a deeper insight into your competences. If we don't invite you for a second interview, you will receive a call from the hiring manager explaining the reason for the decision.

For highly specialised roles and management positions, we always organise a third interview.

The interviews are a mutual dialogue where you can also assess whether TDC Brands is the right place for you. We encourage you to ask any questions you might have.

As one of the final steps in the recruitment process, we collect references from previous employers, in agreement with the candidate.

Once we have chosen the right person for the job, you will hear from us - regardless of whether you are offered the job.

If you are not offered the job, you will receive a verbal explanation from the hiring manager on why you have not been selected.
